Quality goals

The Quality Goals should be monitored through indicators efficient, enabling its interpretation by management. These goals are defined to achieve the Quality Principles, namely:

  1. Total customer satisfaction;
  2. Participatory management;
  3. Human resource development;
  4. Continuous improvement;
  5. Management and control processes;
  6. Dissemination of information;
  7. Quality assurance;
  8. Non-acceptance of mistakes;
